Dalcroze Musical Adventures for Mommy & Me

 

A wonderful introduction to the world of music. Using singing games, creative story-telling, percussion instruments, as well as various props (scarves, hoops, balls and puppets) we will explore fundamental musical concepts. This includes high and low, soft and loud, fast and slow, and note values helping to nurture your child's innate musicality. Each section will be specifically geared toward the child's developmental stage.

 

Age Group I: 12-24 months

Age Group II: 24-36 months

 

Beautiful Beginnings

 

Babies can respond to musical and speech sounds even before birth!  The benefits of shared music and the development of musical abilities can begin shortly after birth.  This class combines musical exercises, massage and parenting tips to help your baby relax, become acclimated to the rhythms of the world we live in and have a very special bond with you, the mother.
